(Will a conventional chapati not prove a tad too chewy to convey Nutella efficiently to the mouth? Will the Nutella not squirt and smear? Will this not be unsightly?)<br /><br />2. Don't call the filling 'Nutella' on your menu; call it something else. In keeping with the spirit of Mooli's, you should also make your own chocolate spread: it is quite easy, and you can get many flavours going, not just hazelnut. (A chocomooli with chocolate spread flavoured with orange peel, for instance, should go over well. I am thinking of the taste of Lindt's candied-orange dark chocolate bars: cheap but very very good.)
